Shipping charges We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. No minimum order value required.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD handling fee may be applicable at checkout.
Order processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Courier partners We ship through trusted courier partners across India. The courier assigned to your order will depend on your delivery location and availability. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Order tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier's website or via the link provided in your shipping confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on select pin codes across India. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Failed deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply and COD orders will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy]. An unboxing video is mandatory to raise a damage claim.
