Return & Refund Policy Effective for all orders placed on ARVEEN ยท India only


No returns or exchanges All sales on ARVEEN are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect fragrance choice, or personal preference. We strongly recommend reviewing all product details before placing your order.


Refund only for damaged products A refund will be considered only if your product arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible, you must meet the requirement below.


Mandatory unboxing video requirement To raise a damage claim, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. Claims submitted without a valid video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Recording must start before the package is opened and continue without cuts until the product is fully unboxed.
  • The outer packaging, seal, and product must all be clearly visible throughout the video.
  • Edited, blurred, or partial videos will not be accepted.

How to raise a damage claim

  1. Email us at customercare@arveenperfumes.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and attach your unboxing video.
  3. Our team will review your claim within 3โ€“5 business days and respond with a decision.

Non-eligible situations Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Claim raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g. drops, spills)
  • Dislike of fragrance or change of mind
  • Partial use of the product before raising a claim

ARVEEN reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
